We accept returns within 30 business days of purchase.
Returns are only accepted under specific conditions — such as receiving the wrong item or incorrect size. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we can issue a refund or replace the item with the same product. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
For any damaged items, we kindly request that you provide clear photos of the damage so we can submit a claim to our shipping carriers.
